Swainsboro Tiger Rico Johnson turned in a championship performance at the AA state competition last weekend in Jefferson. Johnson won the 100 meter sprint with a blazing time of 11.05 seconds, nudging out Marquice Dye of Elbert County by 1/100thof a second with 11.06.
