The Tigers earned a spot in the State Tournament Monday
at Bleckley's Uchee Trail. The hosting team Bleckley County
won the Region 3AA Championship.
Swainsboro was just four strokes behind the Royals.
Swainsboro had two golfers to tie for Low Medalist
in the Region 3AA Tournament. Justin Hackle and Jeb Stewart
both shot a 78 Monday. The two played a tie breaker to decide
the Region 3AA Low Medalist. Justin Hackle won the honors.
Bleckley County's top four golfers carded 80, 81, 84, and 89.
Swainsboro's top four posted scores of 78, 78, 85, and 97.

In golf each region only sends two teams to state.
Bleckley County and Swainsboro will represent Region 3AA.
