Last Monday the Swainsboro Tigers golf team won a 3 team matchup against Dodge County and Southeast Bulloch as Jeb Stewart led the way with a low round of 36. Swainsboro won the day with a score of 168 while Dodge County was 10 strokes off the pace shooting 178 and SEB posted a 185 score. On Tuesday it was Justin Hackle’s turn to take low medalist honors as he shot a 36 to propel the Tigers to a 165-198 victory over Jefferson County. The Lady Tigers also were victorious with Whitney Brewer leading the way as low medalist.
Tigers Tennis
Both boys and girls tennis teams are currently in 2nd place in the sub region as they fight with Screven County for the top spot. The Tigers are prepping for the upcoming Region Tournament which is scheduled to begin on April 16 with more details coming soon
